Sightseeings
Make sure you plan your trip to Paris well in advance. It's important to allow enough time to visit the many internationally recognized tourist landmarks. Paris is home to the magnificent Cathedral of Our Lady of Paris and the charming Rue des Champs Elysees, which are rich with lovely gardens and trees, in addition to the famous Eiffel Tower.
Leisure
The ideal way to see Paris is from the top of the Eiffel Tower. Aside from its architectural significance, it provides a valuable view on the city's important areas and landmarks. The Isle of Cité, symbolizing the history of Paris, resembles a ship, while Notre Dame Cathedral's tall spire and Gothic architecture are reminiscent of ship deck structures. The district La Défense is a monument to the future of Paris, designed as a challenge to the City of London. It is now Europe's largest business hub, as well as a symbol of the modern era of glass and metal.
Food
Paris is a great opportunity to organize a gourmet’s tour. After all, it has absorbed all the subtleties and zest of cuisines from all provinces of the country, mixed, spiced and now gives out refined portions. Sometimes, even an ordinary village ratatouille can cost a fortune. But literally across the road, it's much cheaper and just as marvelous. No doubt that the taste is very high here. If the mere mention of Paris makes you start to hear the crunch of baguettes, then it's definitely time to travel.
Shopping
Have you made a list of what you want to buy in Paris? Let’s guess, it's probably already two pages long. Yes, it's time for shopping: there are so many places to buy the things you want in Paris that the single holiday is not enough. Luxury boutiques and salons, cute and a little crazy flea markets, huge shopping centers and outlet malls, museum-like boutiques and antique shops, street junkyards and artists' congregations are waiting for your visit.
